This is the extended RUN RACI matrix used to describe the roles for the Service Delivery at Service Commencement and reflecting what role is Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, Informed, Verifies or Signs-off (RACIVS). It gives an overview of all responsibilities of the delivery teams, the roles in that team and the named resources that will perform that role.
